About Potion7 creamery

San Diego's coolest mobile ice cream parlor, offers a delightful taste adventure in every scoop. Using liquid nitrogen for a unique and creamy texture, our ice cream is crafted from natural ingredients and made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. 

Our churros are a result of a long process. Their crunchy exterior is enhanced with Mexican cinnamon and Demerara sugar as the coating. The interior is doughnut-like, custardy and soft made with lots of European style butter.

Totes VanillaGrade A Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans infused into our sweet cream base (GF).
Tres QueensChocolate flavor all the way! Super fudge but not overly sweet. 72% dark chocolate + 38% milk chocolate + cocoa powder - only made with Guittard chocolate (GF).
Chocolate Chip Cookies and CreamA crowd favorite - Made with Tate's Chocolate Chip Cookies broken and mixed into our sweet cream base.
Banana PuddingFreshly pureed bananas mixed with organic vanilla pudding and organic vanilla wafers.
Pumpkin PieFreshly pureed pumpkin infused with spices and mixed into our sweet cream base (GF).
BerryliciousLocally grown strawberries mixed into our sweet cream base. Acidity enhanced by balsamic vinegar. Often compared to the Fresas con Crema dessert (GF).

Freshly Made ChurrosA well crafted recipe that combines high quality ingredients and cooking styles, our churros are a result of a long process. The churros' crunchy exterior is enhanced with Mexican cinnamon and Demerara sugar as the coating. Made with lots of European style butter the interior is doughnut-like, custardy and soft. They are enjoyed with a variety of in-house made sauces.
