The It's Raw Poke Truck is an expansion of the 5 star yelp reviewed It's Raw Poke Shop in Ocean Beach. Constantly named best poke in San Diego from The Reader and San Diego Magazine, It's Raw delivers a no frills, authentic Hawaiian poke experience. With fresh, never frozen loins flown in daily from Oahu we put a premium on fish integrity.
The truck is relatively small at 20 feet. As we only serve raw tuna and salmon, with tako, kimchi shrimp, and langostino rotating on the menu the only cooking to be done is the rice. There are no grills, fryers, or ovens on the truck. To mimic the shop experience, we designed a refrigerated deli case to be built into the sidewall to showcase all the fresh fish for hungry patrons.
