In 2008, back in Eastlake Ohio, my family and I decided that after so many years in the food industry, four years of culinary school and two degrees later, we should start a food bussines. We are originally from the Caribbean, I grew up eating, tasting, and cooking all of the delicious food that you'll see in our truck, so after many discussions and sleepless nights, 'Caribbean Escape' was born!
