We are a local Pacific Beach family running a Gourmet Food Truck who believes in making and serving healthy choices. CHIP'S BEACH EATZ features LOCAL, ORGANIC, SUSTAINABLE products, such as Maciel Family Farm, Brandt True Natural Beef, and seafood from local fisherman John West. Chip McCarty, the owner is a San Diego native and is culinary trained. Between Chip and his wife they have over 40 years experience in the restaurant industry.
